Welcome to Stenton Estate
Situated in the heart of Perthshire amongst some of the most attractive countryside to be found in Scotland, Stenton Estate benefits from excellent communication links and stunning countryside. Perth, the county town, lies about 15 miles to the south and Dunkeld, the ancient Royal Burgh, lies only a few miles to the west.
Stenton Estate lies on the banks of the River Tay and has offered a range of traditional sport for a number of years and this continues to be the case with the availability of fishing on the well known River Tay and Partridge and Pheasant Shooting amongst the perfect contours of the surrounding countryside.
The resident head keeper and ghillie, Cliff Murdoch, has worked on Stenton Estate since 1998 and in this time has created a successful and challenging driven shoot. Cliff is also a skilled fisherman and an excellent ghillie, during his time with Stenton he has come to know the River Tay very well. Cliff organises and runs all the Shooting at Stenton and is available for days fishing if a ghillie is required. If you have any queries or would like to speak with Cliff please feel free to contact him.
